Toads Love Flowers!

It was beautiful day. The sun had come out in the afternoon following a soaking rain. It was the kind of rain that Bufo and Mme Toad love best. Bufo loves it because of the fresh cool air the rain brings and Mme Toad loves it because the ground is perfect for digging in the dirt and planting flowers.

The two of them were on their way to the lovely toad house to do just that when along the way they noticed a friend sitting on the ground. Bufo wanted to know if she was talking with another toad, and if so, would she introduce him. Mme Toad thought she was planting flowers. So they doubled back to find out. This is what they found.

Kathleen was out planting flowers. Bufo was only mildly disappointed that she wasn't chatting with another toad. He is considering a new quilt for next winter's hibernation.
